Suzhou Creator Patent & Trademark Agency Ltd., once named the Patent Business Agency in Suzhou, was established in 1988. In 2001, all the 4 attorneys in the agency formed partnership and founded the Creator. Meanwhile, other 6 attorneys joined us.

In 2007, Creator moved to its new location at Guotao Buisness Building, which is in the city center, while the staff increased to 42. In Jul. 2007, a branch opened at the International Science Park of China-Singapore Suzhou Industry Park(SIP).

Creator is a patent agency designated by the SIPO (the State Intellectual Property Office of China) to act as the agent of both domestic and foreign applicants, and also a trademark agency which can deal with both domestic and overseas cases.
